Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The Promoter is Cricks Highway Pty Ltd, ABN 18 165 856 726 (“Promoter”), of 3469 Pacifi c Highway, Slacks Creek, Queensland, Australia.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 9:00am AEST on 22 June 2026 and closes at 5:30pm AEST on 26 Sept 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Directors, employees, contractors, agents of the Promoter, associated entities, prize suppliers, prize insurers, and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, customers will automatically receive one (1) entry into the promotion when they:

• Purchase a new, used or demonstrator vehicle from a participating Cricks Highway dealership and take delivery of the vehicle during the Promotion Period; or
• Complete and pay for an eligible vehicle service transaction at a participating Cricks Highway dealership during the Promotion Period.

For vehicle purchases, the vehicle must be both sold and delivered to the customer during the Promotion Period to qualify for an entry into the promotion.
Vehicles that are ordered but not delivered during the Promotion Period are not eligible for entry, regardless of deposit paid, order status, or future delivery date.
Any vehicle purchase that is cancelled, refunded, terminated, rescinded, or otherwise does not proceed to delivery during the Promotion Period will not qualify for an entry.
Each qualifying transaction receives one (1) entry unless otherwise specifi ed by the Promoter.
No additional purchase is required beyond the qualifying transaction.
Entries are not transferable.

5. Major Prize Draw

At the conclusion of the Promotion Period, one (1) eligible entrant will be selected by random draw (“Finalist”).

The draw will take place at:

Date: 30 October 2026
Time: 3:00PM

The Finalist will be contacted using the details provided at the time of purchase or service booking.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of the Finalist.

5A. Publication of Eligible Entrants

Following the close of the Promotion Period, the Promoter may publish a list of eligible entrants on the Cricks Highway website for the purpose of transparency and verifi cation of entries.
To protect participant privacy, entrants will be identifi ed by their fi rst name and surname initial only (for example, John S.).
The Promoter reserves the right to correct, amend or remove any entry where eligibility requirements have not been satisfied.

5B. Notification of Draw Event

Following verification of all eligible entries after the Promotion Period has closed, the Promoter will contact eligible participants using the contact details provided at the time of purchase or service transaction.
The purpose of this communication is to notify participants of the Envelope Challenge event to be held on 30 October 2026 and to provide details regarding attendance and participation requirements.
The Promoter reserves the right to determine the method of notifi cation, including but not limited to telephone, email or SMS.
Failure by an entrant to respond to communications from the Promoter may affect their ability to participate in the Envelope Challenge event.

6. Finalist Attendance

The Finalist must attend the designated Envelope Challenge event. If the Finalist:

• Cannot be contacted;
• Fails to respond within the timeframe specifi ed by the Promoter;
• Declines participation; or
• Does not attend the event,

the Promoter reserves the right to select a replacement Finalist from the remaining eligible entries.

7. Envelope Challenge

The Envelope Challenge will be conducted at the designated dealership event.

Prior to the event:

• One hundred (100) identical sealed envelopes will be prepared and numbered 1 to 100.
• One (1) envelope will contain the winning prize notifi cation.
• Ninety-nine (99) envelopes will contain non-winning notifi cations.
• The placement of the winning envelope amongst the numbered envelopes will be randomly determined and independently verifi ed prior to the commencement of the event.
• All envelopes will remain sealed until selected and opened by the participant.

Following the random selection of the eligible participant, the participant will be invited onto the stage and asked to select one (1) numbered envelope.
The participant may choose any available envelope number. Once a numbered envelope has been selected, the decision is fi nal and cannot be changed or exchanged.
The selected envelope will then be opened and revealed on stage in the presence of event attendees and Promoter representatives.
No participant or other person may inspect, handle excessively, weigh, mark, tamper with, alter, substitute or otherwise attempt to identify the contents of any envelope prior to selection.
The result revealed in the selected envelope will be subject to the verifi cation, eligibility and insurer approval requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.

8. Major Prize

The major prize is:
AUD $250,000 (Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Australian Dollars).
Only one (1) major prize is available.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for any alternative prize unless otherwise determined by the Promoter.

8A. Prize Payment

Subject to successful verification of the winner’s eligibility and compliance with these Terms & Conditions, the $250,000 prize will be paid by electronic funds transfer (EFT) to a bank account nominated by the winner.
The prize payment will be made within thirty (30) business days of the Envelope Challenge event and completion of all verification requirements, whichever occurs later.
The winner is responsible for providing accurate banking details and any information reasonably required to facilitate payment.
The Promoter will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect banking information, delays by financial institutions, or delays arising from the prize insurer’s verification process.
If the winner fails to provide the required information within the timeframe requested by the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to delay payment until such information is received and verified.
The prize will be paid within thirty (30) business days following confirmation and approval of the claim by the prize indemnity insurer.

9. Prize Insurance

The major prize may be covered by prize indemnity insurance.
The Finalist who selects the winning envelope shall be deemed a Provisional Winner only.
Award of the prize is subject to:

• Verification of eligibility;
• Compliance with these Terms & Conditions;
• Compliance with any insurer requirements;
• Confirmation and approval by the prize insurer (if applicable).
• The Promoter reserves the right to withhold payment and public announcement of the winner until all verification requirements have been satisfied.

10. Verification

The Promoter may require:

• Proof of identity;
• Proof of age;
• Proof of residency;
• Purchase documentation;
• Service records;
• Any other documentation reasonably required.

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in disqualification.

11. Fraud and Misconduct

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

• Tampers with the entry process;
• Attempts to manipulate the outcome;
• Provides false or misleading information;
• Acts fraudulently or dishonestly;
• Breaches these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter reserves all legal rights in relation to fraudulent activity.

12. Publicity

As a condition of participation, entrants consent to:

• Photography;
• Video recording;
• Interviews;
• Social media publication;
• Promotional activities

relating to the promotion without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

13. Event Recording

The Envelope Challenge event may be recorded by video and photography.
The Promoter may use such recordings for promotional, advertising and verification purposes.

14. Cancellation or Modification

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, postpone or cancel the promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control arise, including but not limited to:

• Technical failures;
• Natural disasters;
• Government restrictions;
• Safety concerns;
• Insurer requirements;
• Fraudulent activity.

15. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for:

• Any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the promotion;
• Lost, late, incomplete or corrupted entries;
• Technical failures;
• Event cancellations;
• Decisions made by the prize insurer.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

16. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used for the administration of the promotion, winner verification, publicity purposes and related marketing activities in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

17. Promoter Decisions

All decisions made by the Promoter regarding:

• Eligibility;
• Verification;
• Prize claims;
• Conduct of the promotion; and
• Interpretation of these Terms & Conditions

are final and binding, subject to applicable laws.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

Prize Not Automatically Won

Selection of the envelope containing the winning notification does not automatically entitle a participant to receive the $250,000 prize. The prize will only be awarded following successful completion of all verification procedures and compliance with all insurer and Promoter requirements.
This clause is commonly requested by prize indemnity insurers and provides an extra layer of protection for Cricks Highway.
